- SWS WJan 10, 20264.0Groomers are great very friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is the ridiculous policy that 2 grooms have to paid for separately and stops you using vouchers they issue. So I’ve made a complaint to corporate o stop this ridiculous policy. My dogs love going and to me that’s everything.

- RORuby OtleyJun 17, 20211.0If you want your dog looked after as well as actually groomed id suggest you go to an actual groomer, not a franchise of people who are not in it for the welfare and love of dogs. My pup is nervous, it's understandable they have a strange messing round with them, but instead of trying to work with him, they tell us they can't do him, ever. The reason was "he makes too much noise!!! Like huh what?!? Taken him to a actual groomer who loves her clients and they both end up in a full conversation and he is so much calmer! Don't even bother, they are just after the money not to look after the welfare of the pets that come to them

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
